Llawn, Llandudno
Multichannel video installation

A screen-based drawing about meditative approaches to creative processes and problem solving.

The three-channel work is made from filmed footage of wanderings in rural North Wales interwoven with software generated drawings, which use steering behaviours, invented by Craig Reynolds to provide realistic movement to autonomous virtual entities.

These breaks in mathematical predictability, create forms that grow organically, meandering across the screen, masking and revealing layers of filmed footage.
